Accelerate Golf™ collects personal data when you purchase a product from Accelerate Golf™ , when you use any of Accelerate Golf™’s online services, when you respond to any of Accelerate Golf™’s online surveys and questionnaires, and when you enter Accelerate Golf™ promotions, discounts or special offer codes.
When you register we ask for information such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, zip code, username and other contact information. Once you register with Accelerate Golf™, you are not anonymous to us.

Accelerate Golf™ does not knowingly collect or obtain from you or third parties, any “Sensitive Personal Data,” as defined under the GDPR. “Sensitive Personal Data” are personal data, revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership; data concerning health or sex life and sexual orientation; genetic data or biometric data.
Minors
Persons under the age of 13 may not purchase or license Accelerate Golf™’s products or services. For products or services offered online, via Skype or email, we ask that minors under the age of 18 have a parent or guardian create a Accelerate Golf™ account that will serve as a family account. For email only plans, we ask that a parent or guardian serve as billing contact for the account.
Accelerate Golf™ will not contact persons under the age of 18 for marketing purposes without a parent’s permission.
Accelerate Golf™ does not ask persons under the age of 18 for more personal data, as a condition of participation, than is reasonably necessary to use a given product or service under the family account.
Text messages Opt-In and Opt-Out
By providing your phone number during the registration process, you agree to receive text messages from Accelerate Golf™. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt-out by texting STOP at any time.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Accelerate Golf™ does not sell, rent, or share personal data about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide services that you have requested, when we have your permission, and under the following circumstances:

Accelerate Golf™ may let other companies that show advertisements on some of our pages set and access their cookies on your computer. Your Rights

Legal Basis For Processing (European Union and Switzerland Visitors Only)

International Transfers
Accelerate Golf™ operates its technology from servers located in the United States and the information it collects through clients is processed solely in the United States. Laws governing the collection and use of data in the United States may not be equivalent to those in the country where you reside, but Accelerate Golf™ will at all times protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Accelerate Golf™ may share your information with our affiliates and other third parties described above who are based in countries outside of your country of residence. Impact of EU-U.S. Privacy Shield
This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with the GDPR and the EU-US framework of privacy principles agreed on February 2, 2016 and formally adopted by the European Commission implementing decision C(2016) 4176 final of July 12, 2016, or any other framework for transferring personal data from the EEA or Switzerland to the United States that is approved by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection pursuant to the GDPR (the “Privacy Shield”). Once you submit a request to delete personal information we have collected from you, we will verify your identity by matching the information provided in your request with information we may have in our system. Upon successfully verifying your identity and confirming whether we have a right or obligation to maintain the information, we will delete your personal information and inform you once the deletion is complete. If we are unable to verify your identity, we will notify you.
Sale of Personal Information
For purposes of the CCPA, Accelerate Golf™ does not “sell” your personal information.
Non-Discrimination Rights
